All of the snakes we produce will always come with a birth certificate, full lineage disclosure and photos of their parents. In the unlikely event that an animal does not survive shipping, customers will have the option of a suitable replacement at no additional cost or a 100% refund, including shipping costs.

Consignment Animal Purchases

Consignment animals will always be clearly marked on the product pages, so our customers know whether it is one of our animals or a consignment animal. Consignment animals will always be shipped directly from the sellers and we work closely with them to ensure the smooth delivery of healthy animals to our customers. Consignment animals in our store come with the same 100% arrive alive guarantee as our animals. In the unlikely event that a consignment animal does not survive shipping or an otherwise unhealthy animal is received, sellers will offer a full 100% refund, including shipping costs or a replacement animal of equal value at no additional cost to the buyer.
